• I need my badges in a hurry. Can you help?
  Our standard turnaround is 5 working days. We may be able to do your order super-fast, depending on how busy we are! We can also deliver by Royal Mail Special Deivery for an additional fee.
   
• I can't upload my design! What can I do?
  You can email your design to darren_AT_theespc.com (remember to replace _AT_ with @ )
   
• Can I see a sample before ordering?
  Yes! We can send you a standard sample badge, or make a digital 'mock-up' of what your own design will look like on a badge!
   
• Can you design my badges for me?
  Yes! We provide a design service for a small fee.
   
• Can I pay by cash/cheque/postal order?
  We only accept payments via PayPal. However, you can pay by credit/debit cards through the PayPal checkout.
   
• Do you make different size badges?
  We only manufacture 25mm (1 inch) badges.
