Welcome to the world’s simplest NCAA Tourney pool, Chuck’s Final 5 Contest!
All you have to do is make five picks and you could win up to $1,000! Entry is free (here) and takes literally one minute.
Contest Scoring
You get points for each correct Final Four team based on their seed in the tournament.
So for example, if you had correctly picked UConn (1), Purdue (1), Alabama (4), and N.C. State (11) last year, you would have gotten the maximum possible score of 17 (i.e. 1 + 1 + 4 + 11 = 17)
By contrast if you had chosen all four #1 seeds you would have gotten a total score of 2: UConn (1), Purdue (1), Houston (0), and North Carolina (0)
Highest score wins up to $1,000 (see Additional Terms below for details.) It’s as simple as that.
Ties will be settled by:
- Choosing the correct National Champion.
- Total Points scored in the National Championship game (closest guess in either direction wins.)
In the event of any remaining unsettled tie, a randomized drawing of the tied first place entries will be conducted to determine who wins the Grand Prize.
